When uploading your IRB approval documents to Research Match please use the Final version of your recruitment language, found on RAMP, as this will have the IRB approval stamp. The IRB approval stamp will need to match your IRB approval letter. We are unable to approve recruitment access requests if the submitted documents do not include the IRB approval stamp.
When you are up and running in Research Match you will notice on the dashboard an option to "close study". DO NOT select this option! Selecting this option will remove all access to ALL INFORMATION gathered. Your liaison can assist with ending a study and removing access if needed.
